Geothermal heating
Responsible progress - Green Hall 2 uses geothermal energy for heating, which meets 100 percent of the building's thermal energy demand.
Geothermal heating is recognized as the most environmentally-friendly way of heating. It has virtually no effect to the environment and minimizes the amount of CO2 gas emitted into the atmosphere. The heating quality coefficient of the next generation geothermal pumps used by Green Hall 2 reaches 98 percent. For comparison, the coefficient of the most efficient gas boilers is 97 percent.
But let's forget the numbers, as the most important thing is optimum operating temperature, which will always be 21 degrees, because the earth's energy is stable, unchanging and operating all year round. It ensures comfortable warmth in winter and refreshing coolness in summer. The operation of the system is ensured by 39 boreholes reaching 100 meters in depth, as well as 7 kilometres of pipelines.
Double-skin facade
Ecology lies even in the smallest details of the Green Hall 2 construction.
The double-skin construction of the building's facade protects employees working in the building from city noise and preservesthe heat that circulates inside. This saves energy and creates an ideal environment for work. The facade is designed so that it would let in as much solar heat as possible and preserve it inside. It has an impressive 0,6 W/m2k heat transfer coefficient which complies with the highest thermal resistance requirements established for passive houses. When manufacturing window systems, environmentally-friendly castor oil-based insulators are used as an alternative for petroleum-based polymers. The sound insulation coefficient (Rw) of the building's walls reaches 40 Db and reduces noise coming from the city, so that it would not distract attention from a world-changing project.
Silent ventilation
The air is distributed evenly, without drafts, and the system's operating noise level does not exceed 35 decibels – the sound of whispering.
The business centre has a modern microclimate control system which ensures that the indoor air is always fresh. The minimum amount of carbon dioxide improves the well-being and performance of employees. The system regulates moisture content and instantly removes unpleasant odours. During the warm season, an active chilled beam technology is used for ventilation, ensuring energy efficiency and the comfort of people working in the building. The ventilation system is decentralized and controlled separately on each floor. Therefore, tenants can control the microclimate of their own premises.
Natural light
Natural light increases employee productivity and improves emotional indicators by up to 20 percent, as well as reduces absenteeism rate by 40 percent.
Green Hall 2 -open to nature and the sun. Because we can do more by working together with it. Green Hall 2 is designed so that each workplace is illuminated with high quality natural light. The facade of the building is comprised of 3800 square metres of particularly clear Guardian ExtraClear™ glass whose light transmission index is as high as 90 percent. The even distribution of light during the day is ensured by an automatic facade blind control system which moves together with the sun.
Electric car charging
Green way of thinking starts with one's journey to work. People working in Green Hall 2 are provided with conditions to arrive to work using environmentally-friendly transport.
The two-level underground and above-ground parking lots include 44 kW power fast charging stations that can charge a car within an average of 30 minutes. Your electric car will be prepared for travel while you are working. The car charging network is designed so that it could be easily expanded according to the growing number of electric cars.
It is also easy to travel to the business centre by bicycle. The business centre is easily accessible via bicycle routes. It has parking spaces for bicycles, along with changing rooms and showers.
High-speed internet

The main tool of modern business must work fast. Always. Therefore the business centre uses technologies that ensure maximum internet speed and reliable operation.
